KAIVORIAN Services

Sourcing support around your project requirement.

Support for custom and coordination-intensive sourcing projects, connecting your requirement with manufacturing partners. Choose the support you need, with China-side execution and one accountable commercial interface.

What We Can Coordinate

Support for open specifications, supplier choices, sample development and multiple suppliers or processes. These groups describe available support, not a mandatory sequence; agree which activities your project needs.

Define the Requirement

Give buyers and suppliers a shared sourcing basis.

What we coordinate
  • Clarify specifications, application and use context, and quantities.
  • Identify open technical or commercial questions.
  • Organize drawings, reference samples and buyer requirements into a working brief / RFQ basis.
Useful buyer-facing output
A working requirement brief and a list of open questions for buyer review.
Scope condition
Engineering authority and technical sign-off remain with the agreed responsible parties; coordination does not replace them.

Find and Compare Supply Options

Help the buyer compare suitable supply paths.

What we coordinate
  • Supplier search and development, with supplier comparison.
  • Send coordinated RFQs against a consistent requirement.
  • Evaluate supplier fit against technical, commercial and coordination needs using available information.
Useful buyer-facing output
Comparable supplier responses, relevant differences and open questions for the buyer's supplier-fit decision.
Scope condition
Selection is supplier-neutral and project-dependent, with no lowest-price or supplier-performance guarantee.

Coordinate Sampling and Development

Connect sample work and requirement updates to buyer approvals.

What we coordinate
  • Coordinate samples where required.
  • Track specification updates and development iteration where required.
  • Align suppliers with the buyer's review questions and agreed approval checkpoints.
Useful buyer-facing output
A sample plan, specification updates and recorded review questions or approval decisions.
Scope condition
Sample costs, timing and technical approval responsibilities are agreed per project, with no free-sample assumption.

Coordinate Production and Quality

Keep production and agreed quality work tied to the requirement.

What we coordinate
  • Production communication and follow-up with manufacturing partners.
  • Manage multi-supplier coordination where required.
  • Coordinate agreed inspection / quality activities.
  • Maintain issue coordination where required.
Useful buyer-facing output
Production updates, agreed inspection records where applicable and an issue follow-up summary.
Scope condition
Manufacturing execution remains with manufacturing partners; inspection scope and acceptance responsibilities are defined per project. No zero-defect or compliance guarantee.

Coordinate Packing and Delivery

Connect finished-part handling with agreed delivery requirements.

What we coordinate
  • Packaging / assembly interfaces and combined packing.
  • Coordinate collection and consolidation, and delivery requirements.
  • Connect multi-supplier shipment handoffs where applicable within the agreed scope.
Useful buyer-facing output
An agreed packing and handoff brief, a consolidation plan where applicable and delivery updates.
Scope condition
Freight and customs responsibilities are defined with the appointed parties; this is not a claim of in-house freight-forwarding or customs services.

When Standard-Product Sourcing Fits

Standard-product sourcing is supported where supplier consolidation, multi-SKU purchasing or China-side execution adds value.

This is secondary to our custom and coordination-intensive focus. Support may include multi-SKU procurement, supplier consolidation, agreed inspection or follow-up, combined packing, collection / consolidation, or standard items within a larger custom project. The value is in the agreed coordination work, not access to a general product catalogue.

Agree the Scope Before Work Starts

  • Exact services and useful outputs depend on the agreed project scope; not every activity is included in every engagement.
  • Buyer approvals remain part of the process, including requirement, sample and acceptance decisions. Technical authority is defined with the responsible parties.
  • Manufacturing execution remains with manufacturing partners. KAIVORIAN coordinates through one accountable commercial interface rather than replacing manufacturers.
  • Inspection, timing, packing and logistics responsibilities are defined per project. Supplier performance and project outcomes are not guaranteed by a service description.
